Best bet for people who still don't have a PSP OR thinking of replacing their hardy units (like me). This will likely piss off people who just bought a Slim.

The PSP-3000 will come out at the same price as the PSP-2000. Hopefully may price drop for the current PSP Slims para dun sa gusto bumili ng mura.

I just watched the Dark Knight a few hours ago (tapos naligaw kakahanap nung meeting place nung bloggers EB looooooooooooool.  Wanted moves down to 2nd spot as the movie of the year for me.  It's so Gar (Dark Knight).  Henceforth, I vote to call the movie Gar Knight.

Not sure if I'll be posting a review.
It was hard to catch ALL the dialogs due to the wordy nature of the film.

Sir Keith's Ledger's performance was simply epic.  He will be missed.

I love travelling.

It's a simple truth that for some reason has been keeping me sane for the past 23 years.  There's always something (for me) about riding a bus, staring out the window, looking at the scenery, the people, or even the road, with the wind blowing in your face.

It's soothing.
It's comforting..
It's something that stimulates my mind.

I've always had the choice to cut my transport time to less than fifteen minutes (boarding) but for some reason, I've always been trying to come up with excuses not to push through.  Now, I know why.

Spending nearly two hours (or more) immobile on a moving vehicle everyday for the past (guess) years gives me time to contemplate, plan, speculate etc without the usual annoyances that distract me.  Sure, there's always the smell, the smoke,  the infuriatingly insensitive (other) passengers and/or bus conductor but they're part of the experience.  They're part of something you'll never encounter when you're always walking towards school or work which is five minutes away from the place you call home.

It's invigorating.
It's refreshing.

As an example of the miracles of travelling...
My mood was terribly dour yesterday till this afternoon.
Someone was angry at me because I didn't come as planned, because my old injury (sprained ankle) prevented me from being mobile so umm... lulz na lang.  (further palusot.. dapat pala ako pumunta.. di ko alam eh)

A quick trip to the mall, riding a baby bus (ung mga di pa nakakaalam kung ano ang baby bus, wait lang kayo, post ako pic nun sooner or later.. it's... CUTE) with a driver singing to the tune of the Spice Girls (WTH) really made my day. XD

Sure I got the jacket that I wanted to buy but as I was stepping down the bus (before entering the mall), I was already smiling.

Masarap bumiyahe.

After reporting to the office na tapos na training ko (pero since di nila ako sinusubaybayan pede na naglakwatsa na lang ako kanina till bukas), I got some great news..

Sulit ang emo ness.  The head of the dev team gave the the best news ever XD (How does Sun Certified Java Developer sound? XDD).  Tapos may plans for a future slot (regular to ????) pa after that pero that's still under wraps.. I'm still drooling over THIS news.  I didn't make a mistake when I applied at my current company.  Kahit sabi ng iba, ako lang matitira dun (kasi ako lang, for now, ang may bond), I'll make sure every moment of my time spent there is worth it.  So far, I'm savoring every second. XD

Lo and behold.

I got sprained right before the last day of training (technically today is supposed to be the last day but Pasig Day extended us by another day so...)Looks tasty but INHO, Pizza Hut's 49 for 2 slices Pizza's tasted a lot better.

I didn't want to go to the hospital for a check up because I knew right away that it was just a sprained ankle but mom had to brow beat me into the decision.  After all this was the 2nd time my ankle got sprained for absolutely no reason... aside from walking.

Today was supposed to be the last day of making the J2EE project me and my team were working on at Phoenix One and we're a tad close to finishing it.. until today that is.  I wonder if we'll be given slack for not being able to finish because the main programmer (me) had medical reasons..

Instead of fretting, I decided to hit the mall and buy what a sprained ankle needed.. an Ankle support (as shown on the first pic).

Since it was technically payday, I decided to check out a few things like Greenwich's advertised Pizza (for some reason I forgot what it's called o.O).  It's a Meat Rolled Edge watchamacallit priced at 250+  (shown on second pic). 

Next stop was National Bookstore where a week ago, I found several copies of the latest novel in the Drizzt series.. This is the 12th or 17th book... I lost count because Del-Ray (former publisher) and Wizards of the Coast (current publisher) don't keep tabs of whats reprint and what's not.  Too lazy to open up the library and count then by hand (yes, except for the last 3 novels of the Hunter's Blades Trilogy, The Thousand Orcs, The Lone Drow, and The Two Swords, which are on loan God knows who, I have all of them.. rabid R.A. Salvatore fan here)

Last stop was SM Dept Store.  I finally decided on buying that Polo shirt that I've been contemplating about for the last month.

Now.. I'm stuck on my computer chair because my sprained ankle is acting up again.  If worse comes to worst.. I may end up sleeping on my chair.. AGAIN =(
